I've been coming to this location pretty frequently for a while and have had nothing but fantastic service. The food is consistently delicious and well-made, and the turnaround time between ordering and getting my food is super quick. All the staff there is great and have always been kind and helpful. Christalyn is lovely and helpful, and Cherry is excellent at her job and so personable! This location is the best, most reliable pizza joint I know, and I highly recommend them to anyone living in or traveling through the area! 11/10
Awesome Cali answered phone and helped me get the terms said right to order my Sampler no jalapenos green olives double every other topping reg crust well done Was pricey 33.89 but that's the price to get my pizza the way I like it. I love how you can smell the fresh bell peppers Came out crunchy crust
This is one of my local Mr. Gatti's and by far my favorite in terms of quality and service. I've gotten take out from here for years and the staff are fun, engaging, and extremely involved in making sure orders are correct and customers are happy. Jason and Cherry run this place and they are fantastic management and it shows in how happy their staff is and how consistently good their food quality is. 10/10, I'll keep buying pizza from them. If you ever have a problem with their food or your order, talk to Jason or Cherry; they're serious about taking care of their customers and earning repeat business.
Jules the manager is the best. I had an issue with my order at another location. Thanks to Jules it got resolved. Moving forward I will only come to this location.
Ms. Cherry was very kind and patient with me and my mom! We was struggling to make a decide on due to pricing! She help me so much that I had to write a good review for her because he really care about her customers! This location and the people is totally amazing! Thanks spread the love so that more people and receive it!
I couldn’t even wait to eat a piece before I took a photo!!! It looked so Delicious and tasted even better! Love to give a shout out to the 2 guys behind the counter who were awesome! Busy when I was there but getting everything done. Will return for sure.
I've been going to Mr. Gatti's Pizza places for about 50 years and have never been disappointed. There use to be a 2 story Me. Gatti's on Congress Avenue in downtown Austin and when I was a kid and my mom was working downtown, I would walk down there for lunch. This location is a takeout only but it's still a great place. We were in town visiting someone and stopped in to get a large pizza. Place smells great and the staff was great. Ordered at the counter and the pizza was ready in 10 minutes. I'm amazed at how the taste and quality has remained the same. I always choose the original crust.
Ignore all the other bad reviews. Im very happy with this location. Never have and had any problems.the employees there are very nice and proper. Very clean and organized And the management is very nice and outgoing never any issues. Food is always cooked right and fresh. They make it the u place ur order.. they are better then other pizza places I've been to. A place to order good pizza come here and get it.
